data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Via de federale subsidie voor effici\u00ebnte gebouwen (BEG) zijn met de KfW-subsidieprogramma\u2019s 261\/262 (krediet) prikkels gecre\u00eberd om de uitstoot van kooldioxide door fossiele verwarmingsbronnen bij bestaande gebouwen te verminderen. Ook om de financi\u00eble lasten door stookkosten en investeringskosten voor de gebruiker te verlagen.  <\/span><br><\/p>\n<p>Wij adviseren u op weg naar uw Effizienzhaus, voeren de berekeningen uit en ondersteunen u bij de subsidieaanvragen. Ook uw individuele renovatieroutekaart wordt door ons opgesteld. Bij het bereiken van de EE-klasse stijgt de subsidie naar 25% en het subsidiebedrag naar \u20ac 150.000,00. <\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Bij een Effizienzhaus 55 bedraagt de subsidie 15%, bij het bereiken van de EE-klasse 20%.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Bij een Effizienzhaus 70 bedraagt de subsidie 10%, bij het bereiken van de EE-klasse 15%.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Bij een Effizienzhaus 85 bedraagt de subsidie 5%, bij het bereiken van de EE-klasse 10%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">De rente bedraagt momenteel vanaf 2,30% bij een KfW-krediet, looptijd 10 jaar, 2 jaar aflossingsvrij, 10 jaar rentevast.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Hogere rente bij langere looptijden. Stand 02-10-2025. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5578cf3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5578cf3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Als uw woonhuis tot de zogenoemde \u201cWorst Performig Buildings\u201d behoort, wordt een extra bonus van 10% van de energetisch noodzakelijke renovatiekosten als aflossingssubsidie uitgekeerd. Het maximale subsidiebedrag bedraagt \u20ac 40.000,00 bij investeringskosten van maximaal \u20ac 200.00,00. het subsidiebedrag kan over 3 jaar verdeeld met de belastingschuld worden verrekend.   <\/p>\n<p>Kosten voor energetische bouwbegeleiding en specialistische planning mogen direct voor 50 procent worden afgetrokken en hoeven niet over meerdere jaren te worden verdeeld.
